XSTAR Fund Management is a limited liability company established in Delaware in January 2017 and has been registered as an investment adviser with the state of Washington since September 2017.
The company assists accredited investors with security investments. Our long-biased strategies seek to achieve satisfactory investment returns while emphasizing safety of capital over the long term.
